There was 3 people in my party and we needed a moment at the drive thru. Not even a minute went by and it went from a girl starting to take my order to the manager coming on and saying "y'all running up my drive thru time". After paying we were told to pull up by the door and they'll bring out the food. 10 mins went by and I went inside to no customers, none in drive thru and the front end staff leaning on the fry station watching the manager make my 3 sandwiches. After my bags were handed to me I checked for accuracy, it's been 15 min by now. Fries and nuggets have been in the bags and are cold and spilled all inside each bag with sandwiches dropped on top. I let the manager know of their lack of professionalism and asked for fresh fries. I was told "I told them to give you fresh fries, I was making your sandwiches ". 5 mins later (total of 20), I left with my 3 biggie bags. Never again.
