I went to get a Frosty after a hockey game and had to wait in a line 5 cars deep, which seems odd for 10:30p. When I finally got up to the window to order, I was told they don’t have chocolate for the Frosty machine. This happens so frequently that it amazes me how they haven’t ordered any in. Try the Wendy’s on Kildaire and Cary Parkway, they are far better.

Very poor customer service. I ordered my food with ketchup and honey BBQ sauce and was told it cost 54 cents. I gave 60 cents and was immediately told to move along. When I politely asked for my change, the employee rudely told me to leave and not block the line. It’s not about the 6 cents — it’s about the disrespect. Experiences like this make you think twice before coming back.
A very good fast food restaurant. Clean, and Great service.

Whoever is at the drive thru needs to fix her attitude. Awful service. Super rude. Monotone and can't understand a word she's saying then she gets mad that she has to repeat herself. Wish I could say more. Geez.
First, there are less than desirable specific reviews about specific observations here. My impression, based on cleanliness and staff attention to their specific roles, the best I have seen in a Wendy's for a long time. CFA has a cash cow and has specific, mandatory duties and customer service skills others should emulate. Work, be professional, focus diligent attention to their specific role in making a model for all to follow.
Take these specific "improvement" suggestion's and show future customers the excellent overall observation I witnessed. From a retired businessman, teacher and pharmaceutical rep.....it's about establishing your business plan, celebrate the achieved and mandate improvement on the other. Tee Felix, GM was extremely friendly and the food, yes fast food, was cooked properly and timely. She can lead positivity and production. They go hand in hand.
So, loose the negative and accentuate and implement new, positive actions throughout the store. You can do it and your customers expect it!
