I see that I wasn’t the only customer who has been dealing with this employee named Ashley. She has no business being the face of any establishment that relies on customer service to survive.
My smoothie was made incorrectly, and instead of doing the obvious, standard thing remaking it. Ashley chose to respond with an attitude that was condescending, dismissive, and strangely proud for someone refusing to fix a simple mistake. Watching her handle the interaction felt less like speaking to a trained employee and more like dealing with someone who treats the job as a stage for their own insecurities.
If a customer pays for a product, they deserve to receive it correctly. It’s not complicated. Yet Ashley acted as if honoring that basic principle was some grand inconvenience. The energy was juvenile, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing for the business. When an employee handles a customer with that level of immaturity, it reflects poorly on everyone behind that counter.
At this point, it might benefit her to revisit the basics maybe even somewhere that teaches foundational skills with crayons and carpet squares because professionalism clearly skipped her somewhere along the way.
What’s even more concerning is how comfortable she seemed behaving this way, which tells me this shop either doesn’t train their staff properly or doesn’t pay attention to who is representing their name. Either way, it’s not a good look.
Management should address this immediately, because interactions like this are exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. And if Ashley reads this.. understand that professionalism isn’t optional. It’s the bare minimum.

To the owner of this franchise, your employee, who goes by the name Ashley, a black female with brown eyes and a heavy-set build, who claims to be the manager, provided extremely poor customer service—the worst I have ever seen in my life. I would often visit this location many times when I lived in the area in the past, so I decided to take a 2-hour drive to redeem my points and purchase a smoothie. However, I bought a smoothie, but it was not adequately filled. I asked for a receipt and inquired about how this location fills the cup now. She went on talking about it in a condescending manner and eventually said no.
All Ashley had to do was apologize and ask if I wanted my smoothie fixed or a refund. I took it upon myself to ask for a refund. Ashley had the nerve to say “have a blessed day” as if she were imposing her religion upon me after being disgustingly unprofessional. I did tell her that she needs to improve her customer service skills, as they are horrible. The owner of this location needs to improve the quality of staff working behind the counter and should instruct their employees to treat all customers with equal respect.
