I did a group order online then called as I was nervous about how their system worked. They were so helpful by having me email the order the day before so they could be ready. The order was accurate, all names on each order then one of the young men helped me carry the large order out. Both young men were total gentlemen. Will definitely use them again for large lunch order.

The menu says “plant based protein available” but when I order it I’m told either they don’t have it, don’t serve it anymore or can’t substitute it for chicken on ANY menu item when menu says otherwise. PLEASE TAKE IT OFF THE MENU IF IT IS NOT AN OPTION.. put some tape or paper over and cover it. I order this with zero issues at any other Tropical Smoothie locations. .. and there is an odd odor you might want to check out. It smelled like dirty dish water or something spoiled today.
