Their smoothies hit that perfect balance of fresh, fruity, and sweet-and the texture is always spot on. I seriously wish I could recreate this at home, but it never hits quite the same. They have a nice seating area where I used to get work done while waiting for my order. One day, I stopped by after my dog had surgery. I was visibly stressed, and the staff noticed. When I told them about my situation, they offered to bring my order (and even something for my dog.) out to the car so I could stay with her. It was raining, and they just wanted me to be safe and comfortable. That kindness meant so much to me. They're also really mindful about cross-contamination. They used clean blenders and double-checked containers when I mentioned my dietary needs. This kind of service really sticks with you.

I usually have a great experience ordering pickup in the noon-afternoon timeframe.
