Every single time we come at night, there is regret. The staff are all agitated, ready to leave, and do not care about food quality. The cheese quesadilla was empty, hard, dry and served in a kids size when we paid for the standard size. The Hawaiian Heat was nothing but sauce and maybe 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Neither item looked anything like the advertised photos. The smoothies have a different consistency and sometimes color each time. This is really disappointing as this is the North Hills location which should have some of the highest standards in all of Raleigh.
