Had to drive all the way back here for a replacement and they were very dismissive, telling me they didnt remember me, every though I had a receipt. Came here today and waited a bit at the counter for them to just stare at me and no one take my order. Then a ping sounded and they all groaned loudly and someone came up and said can I help you? I started ordering a thai chicken wrap and the girl interrupted me and said you're gonna be waiting. I asked her what she meant and she was like well we just got a big order. I didn't really know how to answer and said okay, but I was there long before their big order came in. I waited quite a bit watching the staff just stand around. The girl was super dismissive and rude and I don't think I'll be coming back.
