I don’t get my sides. The drinks are wrong. I ask for no lettuce. I get lettuce. It’s really disappointing because it was my go to place. The order is never right anymore and this will be the last time I go to this café. i’d ask for a refund, but it ain’t worth it anymore and it shows up like it’s been completely manhandled it was probably one of the most disgusting wraps I’ve ever had with almost little to no chicken in it whatsoever. I spent $30 at a time four days a week that sucks I won’t be back.

I came into the one on Capital Blvd. & Ms. Delaelah with her bubbly welcoming personality introduced me to a oatmeal bowel to die for😋! So appreciative and I truly love coming in for all the smiles of Ms. Jo and Mr. Jay as well. Can't go wrong with Tropical Smoothie Café 😋!

Since it was our first visit, we were a little overwhelmed by all the choices and couldn’t decide what to order. Thankfully, one of your staff members, Delaelah, stepped in and helped us choose the perfect smoothies and even recommended a meal, one of her personal favorites. Her bubbly attitude, patience, and willingness to help made our experience even better. Because of her, my mother and I are definitely sold on coming back, and we hope to see Delaelah again on our next visit!
