Ordered through the app, picked up at the window, and started my hour drive to a meeting. Chalupa was cold & very stale, the 5-layer burrito was a 1-layer bean burrito, and no fork to eat my cheesy potatoes. So the entire order was uneaten when I got back to town several hours later. I requested a refund after showing them the untouched food. First, they said Ok, they would have to find the order in the system. The receipt was in the bag, and I brought up the order number on my phone. Then they told me there would be no refund because I ordered through the app and that I would have to call Corporate for a refund. The General Manager would not talk with me, just hid in the back and told the worker, " No refund. Let Corporate deal with it. I have emailed Corporate and have heard nothing. What a lousy establishment and so poorly run.

Either they forget to give you sauce, they provide cold, poorly wrapped food, or most recently they only give you one sauce packet for your entire order. It’s like They’ve never eaten Taco Bell before. If you can make the drive head to the Taco Bell on six Forks, or better yet the intersection of 54 and 55. Either of those are much better than this one.

This means they are not changing the oil in the fryer and are leaving the chips warming too long. Literally tastes like poison, needless to say I threw them out. Typically the food is fine here but management needs to see this and fix the problem.
