When I called, the guy was nice and offered to "remake" my item but this happens a lot at taco bells around here. It's hard to check the bags in the drive thru without opening and checking items. Everything looks the same. They never give a coupon or anything extra when you go back for your trouble. If I lose track of time and misplace the receipt, I'm out $8. Again. Disappointing. Food is expensive. Taco Bells should do better. Girls at the window were fine (service) and confirmed everything was there. 🙄

Folks, temper your expectations, this location is ROUGH. The drinks are always messed up, and the employees either can’t tell the difference when soda in a clear cup is totally the wrong color or don’t care. Any modifications have maybe a 50/50 chance to be honored. And it’s so godawfully slow! For a fast food chain that serves tacos there’s no need for it to take 15 minutes to prepare. Sometimes the food is good, and Taco Bell is so good when it’s good, but it feels like sometimes they just get it right by accident and then next visit will be messed up again. I’m out of second and fifth and tenth chances, this location is off my list.
