    This Taco Bell is consistently not open at 9:00 am even though it’s listed on the door they open at 9. I’ve tried to go at 9-9:30 several times and the doors are always locked. I’m writing this at 9:40 and the doors are currently locked.

    the location is consistently a bit slow, but taking 15 minutes for a very simple order of 4 items is bad even with that knowledge they also incorrectly prepared the order, was not supposed to be any lettuce and one had potato instead of beef

    Worst customer service experience they don't let you add items to the order in the Drive-Thru. The guy at the window tells me to go all the way around and re-enter the drive-thru to add items. Plus their drive through is so narrow that you cannot enter it without backing out. The store manager really needs to do something about this
