  It took forever to get my food to start with. Than when I asked like what thevhell is taking so long? Since I was originally the only car in the drive thru the girl said @im sorry we are a little backed up “. I don’t know what that meant because again I was only car in the drive-through originally and I was still the first car at the window. Plus even for Taco Bell food this was pretty bad.

  If I could give zero stars I would I can not believe the customer service I received not from the employees but from the manager when I tell you she basically called me a liar and wanted to go back and forth about a chalupa,,, is it not black history month and I say that due to me being a black man how was she loud and still wrong and balled headed at the same time then the lobby smelled bad and had water all over the floor Umph Umph I would not recommend anybody to go to this location

  I've gone to this location before and every time the wait at the drive thru is incredibly long. Normally I don't mind to wait if they are understaffed but this most recent visit had everything wrong. I clearly asked for 2 regular drinks and 3 menu items. When we got the food I saw that the reciept did not match what we had ordered - 1 small drink and 4(?) menu items. Somehow we got an extra taco? To make matters worse, the chicken burrito barely had any chicken in it and the rest was lettuce. I specifically asked for diablo sauce, the reciept said 5 packs of sauce, but when I open the bag there was no sauce! No straw for the drinks, no napkins, no sauce! My taco looked like it exploded when it was unwrapped. Idk what is going on behind those walls and quite frankly I don't care to know because I'm not going back and neither should you.
