  Alright, I’m putting in a review KNOWING how I felt 2 years ago. My biggest problem? Why weren’t they staffed enough to accommodate the orders you know they have? Will was kind enough while another customer was extremely rude about me parking IN A PARKING SPACE to check my order. I had to go in for a completely understandable mistake. 2 nacho orders and only got 1. Despite my aggravation with the jerk in the parking lot, Will was extremely considerate and that’s not his job to make up for other jerks in the parking lot. You have someone at the front window who should be checking orders as they go out. All orders appear on a screen for dispo which is usually a manager bc timing is more important than accuracy. Regardless, he was extremely considerate and that’s not a normal standpoint based upon the conditions. He deserves a raise. I was missing something and your staff remedied it without hesitation nor argued even as after some random person through your drive thru showed his asinine colors. Unless you’ve legitimately worked the drive thru, you will never understand just how much recognition that deserves.

  I ordered online through the app and the delivery driver brought the wrong persons order. I had called and the amazing general manger at this location was so kind she personally drove my order to me. She is very thoughtful and I appreciate the effort so much thank you to you personally.

  Do they even read the orders!!! I didn't get my mini taco salad, ordered 3 soft taco Supremes and got crunchy and asked for 15 mild seasoning packets and didn't get any!!!!!

  I preordered on the app and pulled up 22 minutes before closing at 1:38AM then waited for 9 minutes at the drive thru kiosk without any communication. Eventually I got tired of waiting and pulled around to the side and was able to see 3 employees inside. My assumption is they were closing the store and weren't taking any orders but none of the 3 employees had the decency to let me know over the speaker and instead completely wasted my time.

  Did a group order for the work crew where 3 of us ordered separately on our own apps and I went to pick them up for all of us. Apparently taco bell has a 2 order pick up rule. Had to go back thru the drive thru to pick up the 3rd. How freaking stupid is that?!
