- HSHaley SigmonJan 1, 20261.0This incident occurred about 3 months ago, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget. I had had the worst day of my life and stopped at taco bell around 9 pm. No one was behind me in line. A young man was trying to take my order at the drive thru. I asked him if he had seen the ad for the new “fried looking taco” - I had been talking about a chalupa but didn’t know what it was called. A vicious lady replied to me at the drive thru, “Mam we don’t know what you’re talking about just pick something to order”. She sounded middle aged. I even told them no one was in line behind me and had only been at the speaker about 30 sec total at that time, nothing crazy, I was just asking what the food I saw in the ad was called. She’s a mean bitter woman and was THE cherry on top of my bad day. I work in customer service too and I would never talk to a customer like that. I hope her manager sees this post and finds her. I just wanted a freaking chalupa after a really bad day and it was such a simple question, I’ll never ever go back to this taco bell.
