  I love Taco Bell, and I understand the few times I’ve been here it’s been late and busy and food may come out cold. Aside from that there is a man who works here who is awful. Rushing everyone who goes through the drive thru, rude, loves to cut whoever is speaking off. Fortunately no one is assigned jobs. He chose to work here. If you go inside staff will ignore you, and your food will come out cold. Who ever is managing this place needs to get new staff (maybe some people who have skills with patience and being attentive)

  Whoever is working the drive through should not even have a job. I was snapped at for just trying to order my food. I was told multiple times to hurry up because he wanted to go home. Two nights in a row this happened. I got it on video and I emailed corporate. I just wanted my food man.

  ordered our food and we checked the bag and we’re missing an item so we went back through the line. waited over 20 minutes to get the item and we were offered a water cup for our inconvenience

  I wish they had a negative star review i could leave. This is the worst day food place I've EVER gotten food from. We ordered doordash amd the food was wet and burnt so bad it wouldnt even break when it hit the floor. So I called the store spoke with the suppose to be store manager name Tory. He said he would personally remake my order fresh when I came in. I get there and I didnt even see Tory I asked for him and I guess he handed it off to someone else. They remake our food and gave me the same burnt dried out food as before. I told them I would not accept it because how do you expect a toddler to eat burnt nuggets. I continued to stand there and wait on food. Finally I left wit food just as bad as the first order and it was almost 45 dollars of food. This is completely unacceptable. Yes I k ow its not a 5 star restaurant but they could atleast care about the food they are sending out to people.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AROUND 10PM OR LATER...food will not be ready for 30+ minutes and staff will ignore you at the counter
