  I am attaching a photo because this was not just a bad meal — it was unsafe food. The gordita I received was completely undercooked. The dough was pale, soft, and raw in the center, not toasted or heated properly at all. I could not eat any of it and had to throw the entire order away. This is a serious food safety concern. Serving uncooked dough to customers shows a major failure in kitchen quality control. I paid for a meal and instead received food that was not safe to consume. Please address this issue immediately so other customers are not put at risk. I don’t recommend this place.

  As I walked into this taco bell, I could instantly tell that the workers were happy and they were also incredibly friendly, not with just each other, but also with customers. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It was no longer a taco bell, it was a taco HOME. The building was very clean as well. Typically, when I go to a taco bell, I expect the same mediocre food. This taco bell changed my entire perspective. My food was actually made with love, which is a rarity in fast food these days. When I go to a Taco Bell in other locations in the triangle area, my nacho cheese cup for my chips and cheese are barely filled up halfway- if i'm lucky! At this location, my nacho cheese cup was filled up all the way. I got extra cheese on other items as well and they ACTUALLY gave me extra cheese! I'm vegetarian, so I order all my items with beans instead of meat, all of my items were made correctly which I appreciate so much. A lot of Taco Bell locations will also skimp on all their ingredients, this location does not. Thats something I very much appreciate. Typically, when I walk into a taco bell and I order off of the kiosk, I have to ask a worker for my drink. Which I don't mind doing but I do feel bad having to interrupt employees when they are busy. When they handed me my food here, they also got me my drink without me having to ask! Maybe I've been going to bad taco bells, but they raised the bar today. I am incredibly happy with this location. I do not think I will go to any other Taco Bell but this one after today

  I give it a very low score because the customer service is terrible!! especially me being an old former employee of Taco Bell as a manager of 10 years is very shameful. How the manager on shift (02/06/2026 @12pm) never announced me or took my money. We’re just more concerned about getting her drive-thought. which caused me eventually to just walk out after waiting 20 minutes for someone. And still, no one spoke to me even when I left. Sidenote, there was no one inside the restaurant only drive-through and there was a total of five employees on the clock. I will not be returning to this establishment. I advise you that also unless you’re driving. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Skip this location. It’s a fraud. Ordered a 3 regular crunchy taco meal. The screen showed my correct order and charge but quickly disappeared. The total was more than what it should have been. At the window I stated is that the correct price I ordered regular. She stated yes. Well the receipt shows I was charged for the supreme combo. However the bag shows that I ordered regular. Fraud, theft, whatever you want to call it. Done purposely. Stay away. It wasn’t worth it to go back or argue about it. I will just not visit this location again. No one they appear empty during what should be a lunch rush. Now I know.
