  The staff was nice, but the store needs to hire more ppl. Stop expecting the computers to do all the work, the ppl are overworked and stressed out!!!!

  Worst experience I have had here in years. Did the mobile app and when I walked in the music was so loud it was like being in a cloud on a Friday night.everyone appeared to walk out of the office when the door slammed and only then did they start on my order. There was no greeting at all no good morning no thank you except from me. The burrito was pretty bad. Very little cheese the meat was dry as if it had been there overnight or had not been stirred. Use to go there 7 days a week but now only 3 and not sure if I will go back at all. Tried to call the local office and that is a joke.

  I ordered Taco Bell thru the app 2 weeks ago and my order was canceled due to issues w delivery. I tried again and went thru DoorDash instead and have now been waiting for 40 mins for my order to even start being prepared 5 canceled doordashers later I was messaged and told the employee let them know they focus more on drive thru after a certain time n for them to wait … 40 mins later and you genuinely haven’t found the time to get that order yet to the point that 4 other ppl have came and still been told the order is preparing . I suggest not ordering online or thru delivery after 8 because this location isn’t equipped to handle drive thru and online orders but they are equipped to collect your money and leave you waiting

  I did not have the best time at this location. I stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes waiting to order but the man working the windows shooed me away to the wall kiosk. I had a bit of a complicated order and would have preferred talking to a human but oh well. I waited over 45 minutes for my food and did not receive it. The people in the back were focused solely on the drive through and not the 8 people inside. I had to ask twice for a refund. The lady who seemed to be in charge was very nice though. If you plan to go to this location, go through the drive-thru, you will get food there, not inside.
