The woman (short stature with short hair) was on her phone (on speaker) through the ordering & payment process as well as the entire time I dined in. She didn't greet anyone that came in nor when they left and was bothered by the fact that she had to work.
- TCTrevor CrottsFeb 24, 20221.0I went to this subway with a coupon that was still valid saying so with the date on the back I ordered the specific food from the coupon and was told that the coupon didn’t work. The employee seemed like she could barely read the coupon and the words on the back with the date on it. It was not expired. The employee did not offer to honor the couple like every single restaurant that I have worked at would have. The food was already made and I left empty handed and hungry! Great customer service! I was coming here often but now I won’t be returning

The lady that worked this particular time did NOT read my order the way I put. Had to wait even longer for my food because she kept messing up. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows.
