- LBLori BunnAug 20, 20211.0I have visited this Subway several times and I haven’t had a issue but up to the last two times. The lettuce is not fresh it has started turning brown . And no it’s not where it’s been out as I hit the Subway right at around 11:00 am for lunch. And the drink machine ran out of the syrups for the coke was out and the tea was spoiled tasted. All in the first time I experienced a problem. Made the things aware to who is the manager and it was never attempted to correct. It was like it was ignored. The second bad experience was today when I try to tell the manager that the tea was bad tasting again. Could I get a tea out the cooler . As I can’t drink carbonation drinks . He at the time gets a cup and tries the tea . Ok he said he fixed the morning but it wasn’t getting too him as I can’t drink it due to stomach issues it was bothering me from just a swallow. He starts arguing me continuing to say he made it this morning nothing is wrong with it. He makes a comment he likes it . ( again I explained it bothering my stomach I can’t drink it) It’s not like I wanted my money back I just wanted something I could drink even if it was a product that was in a cooler that was a bottle tea that I knew I had no problem drinking. I even agree to pay the difference. But he just ignored me and my request of getting what I paid for a drink. What has happen with the customer is always RIGHT? I still can’t believe that he was arguing with me over Tea and he’s a manager. Poor poor actions on his part of his Job duties of the title he holds as a management position.
- JRJared RudeJul 11, 20191.0Changed from 4 to 1. They won't take their own coupons even though the sandwich is allowed per the coupon $16 for a foot long combo. Walk over to Lowes Foods and buy a sandwich from the deli with 4X the meat and 1/2 the price.
