I went to the subway to pick a late lunch about 2:00 p.m. I had to wait for a couple of minutes for someone to come out from the back. I then placed my order which was the sub of the day and when I went to check out was told it was $3 more than I was expecting. When I pointed out it was the sub of the day I was rudely told do you see any signs? We don't participate in that. Then the person offered that I didn't have to buy the sub if I didn't want it, so I didn't and she threw it in the trash rather than sell it at the national League advertised price. This is just a another in many issues I've had at the store through the years. Don't think I'm going back even though it's the closest to me.

This location constantly closes and locks doors at varying times of night. The hours/staff say 11PM is closing time and I’ve visited the location at any time from 8-10:30PM and found the establishment closed randomly. The staff has also blatantly lied on the phone saying they were not just locked up after being asked on the phone just after it happened.

My boyfriend got 2 subs tonight for us mine was like someone punch it flat and the bread was soggy. My sandwich was "grilled" but came ice cold. It wasnt even edible.

I normally have a 4 out of 5 star time here. However the male who works behind the counter, probably a manager, over charges me everytime I go in there. This is happen consistently over the past month and a half. I have to remind him what I am ordering and show him the price that is on the board behind him. The morning staff is fine but the night hispanic girl who was working 18 December 2014 has an attitude about her which I do not like. She is very short when it comes to speaking with me and the seafood sensation was three quarters mayonnaise and she gave me the smallest scoops I have ever received. It was disgusting looking. It looks like I will not be going to the subway again until they can fix the staff, management, and the seafood.
