The Service was horrible or lack there of. I took my sister to this restaurant for her birthday and was excited since my first time there the lady at the desk seated me and then no one ever came to the table. Staff just walked by with no one offering water and NEVER took our order. The restaurant was not packed if it was I could have understood but there was clearly enough staff. It felt like we were deliberately ignored. When we told the lady at the desk her attitude was matter of fact like whatever. Never said oh I am sorry let me see if we can get someone to help you to make this right her demenor was whatever. This is the Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant and will NEVER go back again. Can't tell you what the food or drink taste like because we were NEVER served. This happened on a Sunday around 3:45/4pm.

Absolutely exceeded expectations! **Impeccable service** and elegant setting complemented **truly extraordinary food**. The **grilled shrimps** with garlic butter and Calabrian chili, and the **lobster rolls with caviar** were exceptional. Generous portions at **affordable prices** ensure a top-tier experience.

We were first introduced to their location in Charlotte and loved it so I was so excited to have a locale come to Raleigh.
It was probably my fault expecting a design and furniture place to deliver an unforgettable dining experience but my expectation was that of the Charlotte location and that was not met.
I echo the reviews that offered the quality of the dinner entrees were on level with restaurants charging significantly less. Our order was wrong and after waiting at least 10-15 min to have a condiment to be removed from a sandwich the waitress (who was great) had to go and handle it herself.
This seems like a better place to do drinks and appetizers while enjoying the views of the open atrium. However - consumer beware - the open concept, while unique, permitted episodes of loud cackling to be enjoyed by us easily on the other side of the restaurant so do your research when planning your trip that comes with a $150-$200 price tag (one app, 3 entrees, one tea).
Hoping our RH improves!

Last week, I visited this fancy and expensive restaurant and honestly, the experience did not match the price tag.
The service was surprisingly disappointing.
Staff were not nice at all and seemed completely uninterested. For a place charging premium prices, I expected at least basic courtesy and efficiency.
The food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish was flavorful 👌

Beautiful fall day to be sitting atop the building and enjoying the sunshine. Knowing we are paying for the ambiance, I still thought the food was overpriced for what we got (2 starters, 2 drinks, two mains). The service was extremely slow for it being a Sunday and the restaurant only maybe 3/4 full. Took almost 10 minutes for someone to approach us after being seated. Then took another 10 minutes just to get drinks and water. It wasn’t until we’d been there an hour and fifteen minutes did we get our main dishes after my husband had to ask where our food was. I’d only go back if getting a glass of wine or coffee but not for a full meal. Other options in the area are better.
