There were four of us, and I received two different portions of sautéed vegetables—broccolini and asparagus—which were extremely salty. Another person ordered a salmon fillet and found seven large bones. The service was very slow and inexperienced; they kept getting confused with our orders, and the food took over 45 minutes to arrive for two ribeye steaks and two salmon fillets. It's a shame that such a nice, comfortable place has such a poor staff. Perhaps it was a particularly stressful Saturday night, but for $800 for four people, we had higher expectations. They do have a good wine selection, which I do recommend; we bought entire bottles, and the quality was very good. Otherwise, I was quite disappointed.

The atmosphere was beautiful, but unfortunately that was the highlight of our experience at RH rooftop. Other than the lobster rolls with caviar which were extremely small (3 bites each), their food lacked all flavor. I got the salmon which had no sauce and just a grilled lemon on the side. My family got a burger, chicken sando and ribeye sandwich all of which were substandard for the $25-$35 price point. Then there’s the service… our food was brought by a runner and our server literally disappeared. It was also freezing in there, so our food got cold almost immediately and we kept having to put our winter coats back on. They did take the $20 fries off the bill since we were never able to ask for ketchup so they got cold, but it was all very unimpressive for the price.

Beautiful space and delicious food. TRASH LOCATION.
North hills is a chopped up mess and placing such a beautiful place. Here is an absolute crime. There isn't adequate parking, the spaces that are there are cramped and tight, it's ridiculously busy, and it just detracts. It immensely from the overall experience.
You're already going to spend a small fortune for the meal. Having to add uber on top of it just so you don't have the hassle of dealing with a car is criminal. PLEASE MOVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

I went for the first time and overall had an okay experience but for the price, I feel like things should have been a bit better. No doubt the ambience is beautiful and everybody was very nice. Whitney, the hostess was so friendly, professional and accommodating and even gave us some complimentary cookies. I’m not sure why there are no “spirit cocktails available” though, very limited on drinks. Also, no sprite available but had coke which was as very odd. We ordered an appetizer and a meal and our meal came out before our appetizer which was disappointing. Everything was extremely expensive and a bit overpriced for what you get. The food is just “okay” nothing really to remember.
