I ordered a pickup yesterday, and when I got there, the staff kindly told me they were having to remake my pizza because of a mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, I left with a perfectly made pizza and some Cinnabon minis that they threw in as an apology. They were so, so kind about everything. That kind of customer service is often hard to find nowadays. I have so much respect for the staff at this location and will certainly be back.
