  I ordered a pizza with sausage and extra cheese and some cheese sticks. I got burnt pizza with no extra cheese and burnt cheese sticks. I called and complained so they sent me a second order of BURNT pizza with no extra cheese and burnt cheese sticks. None of it was edible so we threw it all out and had a can of soup 😒.

  I placed a delivery order 3 times.. They can never find the address although the location is only 5 minutes away from the store. I called the GM and she even responded as if I was bothering her. I told them that they are delivering to a hotel and they still got it wrong. They put me on hold for 30 min or more and never even give an apology! This is the absolute worst papa John’s I have ever experienced.

  Gluten-Free Fans, find an alternative to the ancient grains PJ uses. Being 1/2off this week, had to veer off the Digornio path 😉. Of the 3 gf ordered, 1 was black crispy burnt. Manager told me it was bc of the crust content. Yet, I showed her the other 2 were ok (brown crust). Then, she was willing to re-make the 1 burnt one. In order of yumminess to least, Cheesesteak 😋, Hawaiian 🤤, spicy chicken (dry)😝. I ordered last night for 1st avail p.up (11:30a). Pizzas were done, so timeliness not an issue. There was a couple outside waiting, but could've just ordered fresh. The 2nd we walked in, I tried to uplift the cashier, a flat response. Ambience seemed somber, 3 people working, but no one was smiling.🤔 Welp, I did my part... Have a great day! 😁🤩

  Heads up that this location is using door dash for deilveries. So when I tipped $5, I thought it was going to a Papa John’s employee making their wage plus tips. Instead my order sat around ready waiting for a door dash driver who doesn’t want to pick it up because to them it’s only $5?! How does papa John’s not see the issue here

  We placed an order to be picked up at 5pm on Friday night. Mind you the order was placed on Tuesday. The money was taken on Wednesday. When we got there to pick up the pizza we were told it was not ready and it would an extra hour wait. It did not matter when the order was placed but what time we selected. So all the orders placed that day before ours took priority. This is the 2nd year in a row this location FAILED to deliver. Never again.
