Everything from ordering with Cody, to modifications with Kyle, and delivery by Scott has been flawless. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with even as we've made several adjustments. I would highly recommend Panera for your catering needs!

No, it did not even snow today and at this location decided to close at seven, but didn’t bother to post assigned, put it on the website, or even put it on the door or the drive-thru. So some of us ventured out with the flu in hopes of getting some soup only to then discover once they get there that there is no soup in their future because I got there at 7:15 even though it says online they are open until nine… Corporate should have a serious talk with this regions manager because that is absurd. My family owns a franchise and we would never in 1 million years not at least tell our patrons that we are closed so that they don’t waste their time and leave their house in the freezing cold for no reason not to mention the fact that this location consistently Only gives you a cup of soup when you order a bowl because they Never fill it more than 3/4 of the way….. For the price point and the lack of customer service I highly recommend going anywhere but here.
