Clean. Food quick and hot - no wait at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon
Con - cracks in the pleather seats make it feel like one is sitting on razor wire!
Hailey was very helpful and brought my food to the table, as I have a broken foot.
Small hot chocolate; cup of chili; full size brownie: $13.63 including tax & a 50¢ tip.

AWFUL customer service. I went into this Panera bread to order take out, and 2 workers (1 white woman-heavy set and 1 black woman-rather tall) were snickering and talking about my appearance as I am minding my own business. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOOK EVEN A LITTLE DIFFERENT THEY WILL JUDGE YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL AWFUL ABOUT YOURSELF. Spoke to Kirk the manager who stated he would be speaking to them. @panerabread hire better employees.

Went here twice recently for lunch, ordered throught the app, pickup times qere accurate. Sandwiches i tried so far are great. Chips are good. Overall good lunch and these days not much more the any other fast food place.

I came to pick up an order, but the employee and what appeared to be his supervisor were chatting and completely ignored me. When he finally turned around, he didn’t even greet me and just said, ‘It’s in the back,’ as if I was supposed to know where that was. The interaction felt very rude and unprofessional.
