  This is just a personal preference, but I hate the way that most coffee shops and coffee shops with food have taken the route of cold and impersonal interiors. I love Panera's food, but the seats are hard as rocks and it's a very cold atmosphere, and so many windows that it's just not a very personal feeling place, but that's fine. I meet some friends there once a month and we enjoy it, but it's the same way at almost all of the newer coffee shops and cafes. It's just cold and impersonal and way too many windows. I would think that would affect their heating bills in the winter and they're cooling bills in the summer. Anyway, just my opinion. The food is yummy

  I have visited this location several times and order is never ready on time. Very frustrating.

  The manager on duty today did an excellent job!!!!!! My order was made wrong today and was told it was my issue, they then gave me a drink that didn’t have all the extra ingredients I paid for on it and presented it hot. I just left around 6:40pm and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that my drink was made properly. Thank you sir for your professionalism. This was my first time there today and although I was ready to throw in the towel I will be returning to this location because of how this was handled.

  This Panera needs serious help. Staff are slow and unhelpful. Inconsistent. Kiosk says item not available, when its right there. Panera, if you're going to be in North Hills, then you need more North Hills sevice.

  Place was nasty and so unsanitary! Saw a lady drop the scooper for iceanf pick it back up just to use it again! No hair net and no gloves! The floors looked dirty too, do better.
