  This morning I came to get breakfast and wasn't satisfied with one of the items I ordered. Alisa (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), went above and beyond to rectify the mistake made and did it all with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I love panera and I'm so glad that you've hired people like her who show true care for customers and issues that may arise. Her customer service was amazing and truly made this experience worth getting out of bed early to get breakfast!

  The food was great. I ordered the catered lunch for a lunch-and-learn I was hosting at one of my customers. I scheduled the lunch to arrive between 11:30 and 11:45. The lunch arrived approximately an hour later than scheduled. There was no apology, no discount on your next order offer or any type of communication for the wrong delivery time. I was ordering Panera for all my Lunch-and-Learn lunches but I will give some other companies a shot at the business.

  Daughter loves this place. Also, a good third place to plug in and get stuff done. Workers are friendly, food is affordable. place is clean. Thanks.

  I go to this panera bread frequently and every time i order a bread bowl for my soup they forget it! this is the 3rd where they have forgotten it and honestly is very upsetting to me because i pay extra money for it. i thought it was just a simple mistake the first time but it’s consistent. it is honesty a scam and stealing money from me which is just sad it shouldn’t be hard to complete an order correctly and get the same task wrong multiple times. I am now going to have to ask them to make sure they don’t forget the bread bowl because they can’t get my order right! i pay extra money for it and am honestly just upset that this is a repetitive mistake they make. specifically the panera bread on capital which is the 6123 Captival Blvd one. If you go there make sure the check your order before you leave because they might forget things!
