When the store was contacted instead of crediting the difference, they argued that they had made it correctly and then only refunded two of the three toppings that were supposed to be on the whole pizza. I even then sent them a photo on email to show. I was not making this up. This is extremely bad customer service, and very disappointing. I will never visit this establishment again after this experience. The whole pizza was supposed to have ricotta, meatballs , and mushrooms. It is clearly only on half. They then said they wouldn’t refund the ricotta because it must have slid during delivery. Really all 4 dollops?
