I work next door to the six forks location and almost every time I go something is wrong. They frequently take way too long at the drive through. The smash burger patties (not the quarter pounders) often have a weird, dry, papery texture. I recently went, they gave me the wrong order. In the past when they did that I ignored it because what I got was close enough. But I really don't like big macs so I went in to get it fixed. When I asked for them to fix it, they gave me another wrong order. While they were giving me the second wrong order of the day, someone else was holding up the bag that I handed back to them (and had already eaten fries out of) trying to figure out who it belongs to. It was, of course, a drive through order. I don't leave reviews like this when I have one or two issues once or twice. This is an ongoing problem with this location.
