The kiosk they installed do not speed up anything at all but it does eliminate employees to pay. I am not an employee with McDs and should NEVER be required to act as such. If they wish to give me a 10% or 20% discount maybe because my labor and time to do the labor is not free regardless of what these companies think.

I was waiting in my car and the guy who came out to give me my order walked up and did the McDonald’s “ba da bop bop bop” tune and honestly, made my day. Customer service is a lost art. He was friendly, precise and professional. I hope he and the manager read this so they realize that people still value the little things and how they make them feel.
