From the moment I walked in, he set the tone for excellent service. Franklin greeted everyone with genuine warmth and professionalism, making sure every customer felt seen and valued. When a small issue came up with my order, Franklin handled it personally and with such grace — no excuses, just quick action and a sincere desire to make things right. You can tell he truly cares about both his customers and his staff; the whole team seemed motivated and happy under his leadership. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who combines efficiency, kindness, and integrity so effortlessly. Franklin is the kind of manager who turns an ordinary visit into a memorable experience. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back — and recommending this place to everyone I know.
- JJJerryOct 27, 20251.0I have been to this McDonald’s atleast twice a week for the last 3 weeks. Everytime I have place a mobile order atleast 5 minutes before walking in. And still everytime I wait over 10-15 minutes for my food and everytime but once my food has either been wrong or missing sauces or not even given the correct cup or fry container for monopoly. I have watch many people walk up to the counter and order and have there food within a minute or 2 of ordering but my ticket is still just sitting on the counter in the back with nobody making it. This is ridiculous!

I believe his name was Alex He Was working driving thru and doing window late at night He was fast He admitted he made a mistake when making my order but I didn’t complain he apologized and Smiled he looked tired but he was full of energy who ever he is I hope to see him again he was such a hard worker his smile I say was sweet I smiled back would recommend to come here For the service Alex provided 5 STARS❤️
