Today I ordered my food at 1419 and did not recieve my food. I asked several staff for help with no assistance. I watched my food be given to someone else and when spoke up about it I was told that wasnt my order when this person came in some time after me. Finally after wastinf my ENTIRE lunch break at 1449 I had to ask for am manager several times before getting a refund!!

They have these young adults who don’t care. Some have poor customer service. Coming to work with scarfs on their head. Close the window on you before you make sure everything is good. These establishments will go down because of the poor customer service.
