My mother had gone through the drive through for an order she didn't want and refused to refund her also the cashier was very rude and refused to get anybody

I'm not going to leave a long post but all I'll say is this is my drink before I drink any and when I asked her to add more or remake it she gave me more whipped cream on top. They literally gave me half a cup and thought I should take it since I ordered in the app I can't cancel or req a refund but what I will do is not go back and I don't advise you go if you just need a quick coffee either.

The lady at the first drive through window is the absolute WORST. Every time i come through she is either extremely rude or so lazy that she doesn’t say a word. She just slams the sliding door in your face. She refuses to give out receipts. She probably needs a new job that requires her to get on her feet and work.

Place to order at 9:40... On the order said I was already there.. I live 2 minutes away... I Drive down the street to get thru drive thru pick up.. arrived at the location waited about 5 minutes at the speaker to get confirmation to come around.. I was never acknowledged so I drive around to where other cars were waiting to pick up their food... I get to the window the female employee stares at me walks away.. then comes back to the window and says sorry we're closed... After I tell her I have placed an online order and had already checked I was there for my food prior to arrival.. she tells me we're closed just get a refund I tried to explain my order was supposedly already ready.. she walks away and says nothing else to me a few minutes past then a male employee comes to the window and says sorry we're closed.. I explained to him the situation.. and he says sorry our boss told us to close early everything is shut down already... Meanwhile the female employee has a bulging bag of food and walks past the window with it assuming she was taking it home.. he tells me I'm sorry you're just going to have to request a refund so I was left with waiting for a refund 1-6 business days .. and hungry kids I have to figure out how to feed... The employees attitudes when I go lately have seemed very unhappy. And it shows in the way that they treat the customers. Overall this is a very disappointing visit

I visit this McDonald’s frequently, usually two to three times a week working at the court house nearby, and I wanted to share some observations in hopes that management can address them. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed that service quality can be inconsistent while some staff seem less engaged and lazy, there are 2 employees who I see working in the kitchen in the back stand out for their professionalism and attentiveness. One employee in particular has always provided excellent service. She is a light-skinned African woman kind of short with an African scent. I asked her name once, and she told me, but unfortunately I don’t remember it. Whoever she is, I hope management ensures she receives recognition for her dedication and the consistently positive experience she provides to customers and myself. She truly sets a great example for the team vs the lazy who wants to get to paid doing nothing and being lazy at work. Only putting 5 stars because of that African lady. I noticed that every single time when I see her working, I always get fresh food. I am only rating this five stars because of that employee. Whoever she is make sure she gets a recognition. I can see that this particular location gets a lot of bad reviews from other people, but I hope there’s more good reviews with third African employee. There is also a short rude Spanish woman who is rude. She looks a little old and trying my best to describe but a woman like her needs to do better. IMO the only way to increase reviews is to have better employees who actually cares for their job.
