I order a large fries, but when I get home, I find a small fries in the bag. I request ketchup, and it’s completely missing. When I customize my order—like adding pickles or extra mayo—it never shows up in the food I receive. It’s frustrating to consistently pay for items and options I don’t get. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the mistakes keep happening. I’m leaving a one-star review and won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

If you are paying with cash it's an inconvenience for them Attitudes are shitty I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend stopping in to this establishment. It's convenient if you are in any of the neighboring hotels but incredibly frustrating when you use the app to order so everything is written down and ordered well in advance for a pickup... Only to get to your hotel and see that they left out 4 items and DID NOT provide a refund. Happy with the tote of chocolate chip cookies and a few of the other items. Ordered a filet of fish with EXTRA tartar sauce and instead received LESS than they even normally provide. I'm guessing sarcasm in physical form? It was ok.
