I’m no McManager, but I’d certainly he’s earned whatever raise he’s in the running for, and if he’s not, he should be! It certainly makes my trip better to know he’ll likely be there.

Note: they 100% prioritize the drive thru so even if the line looks long you will wait longer by going inside they dont have anyone working the register. Like officially. Ever.
