I stopped coming to McDonald's but after a long flight back home I decided to give it a try and order there new big arch meal which is expensive too for what I received. Worst mistake ever was stopping here. First bite tasted funny by the 2nd bite I looked down and noticed (see picture) I did spit it out immediately and threw up too. Burger in the trash and money gone. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.

I immediately returned to the restaurant to have the problem corrected. Instead of offering a refund for the entire meal or providing proper customer service for the inconvenience, I was told that only the chicken sandwich itself could be refunded. I was not offered an apology, nor was any concern shown for the time, gas, and inconvenience I experienced. The restaurant was in a rush, but that should not take priority over correcting a dangerous mistake made to a customer who already paid. Customers with incorrect or unsafe food should be treated with urgency and respect, not brushed aside. Serving raw chicken is not only unacceptable, it is a health risk. The lack of accountability and customer care made the situation even worse.
