  It's fast food. It's not a fancy restaurant, but still, Courtney sure made our daughter's day with a simple act of kindness and thoughtfulness. Plus, she greeted us the moment we stepped through the doors. Being that most fast food places today don't even want to serve you if you're not a drive-thru or mobile order customer, that was a breath of fresh air.

  Absolutely terrible service. I went through the drive-through, gave my order to the woman on the speaker, and she told me to pull up to the first window. I get there—they don’t even have my order. I move to the second window and have to repeat everything all over again. When they finally hand me my food, the order is wrong. I go inside to let them know they forgot the onions on my burger. They “fix” it, I get back in my car, open it… and they had flooded my sandwich with onions like a joke. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never be back. This is my local McDonald’s, but if I ever want McDonald’s again, I’ll drive farther to a different one before I deal with this mess again.

  Be aware if you’re in a rush, I’ve arrived multiple times in the morning on my way to work when they’re supposed to open around 5 and waited for around 10 -15 minutes before anyone was ready to take my order. Many times I just leave while they’re in the back trying to organize. This morning I decided to wait, and left with an incorrect order.

  I was in drive through and I charge wrong amount I believe I pay for the next car food what is much higher than mine. In the second window I realize what’s happens I asked to refund and pay the right amount for my food. I was told it been fix. A week later I surprised that I pay twice for my food and a higher amount for someone else food. I went back but the supervisor told that I have to have a statement from the bank because she can deal with a statement on my phone, and she is busy and otherwise I have to dispute it through my bank.!!!!!!!She was rude she can did even take look at me she was talking to coworker when I was explaining and she didn’t even care!!!!!

  This is my favorite McDonald’s, I’ve never had an issue until now. I went through the drive thru and got a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and there were no nuggets in the box, just an empty box. While we were in the car she ate her fries and we had gotten to our next destination so she left what she thought was her nuggets in the car until we were done in the store. When we got back in the car is when she saw that there were no nuggets in the box. Since I am not near the McDonald’s I ordered from I tried to call to tell them the situation, phone number does not work. A recording says the phone number changed and that the new number is unknown. So hopefully the manager or whoever is in charge of this location sees this. I’m honestly not a person to complain I get mistakes happen but to not put any nuggets in a box is a bit strange and have a phone number posted that doesn’t work is also strange.
