I enter my order on my phone. They read my order off a computer screen. But they still manage to mess it up. SMDH.
Didn't have time to go back and ask them to fix it, so one of my family members got no breakfast this morning. Thanks for nothing, McDonald's.

Avoid this location if you can. There’s a McDonalds every 20-30 minutes. It’s worth the drive to choose a different location. Bring in different managers!

It took them 3 tries to get my order right. I spent close to 30 minutes going back and forth with staff trying to get them to get it right and they just didn’t.

As a long-time DoorDash driver with an excellent performance record, I had a very concerning experience at this McDonald’s location that needs to be documented.
On the morning of Friday, January 23, 2026, I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order. A female employee wearing a headset (which suggests she may have been in a leadership or supervisory role) attempted to hand me the order but then refused to release it, physically holding onto the bag with her hand as if she were holding it hostage, while I was in the process of confirming the order in the app.
Her attitude was hostile from the beginning. This is not DoorDash pickup protocol. We are not second hand servants. And you are not lords over us neither are we your employees. If it wasn’t for Dashers and DoorDash many of your customers would not get their orders and you would be out of a lot of business. You need dashers and DoorDash just as much as you’re needed.
Merchants either release the order and then ask for confirmation, or politely ask first. The way she withheld the order was unnecessarily confrontational and felt prejudicial. She refused to release the order and said that she was waiting for me to show her confirmation. This is not proper protocol. She acted as if I was going to steal the order. It was discriminatory behavior from her. I cannot say whether this is a pattern of behavior with her or with this location, but in that moment it felt like discrimination, possibly racial profiling or prejudice. And it seems that this is just her attitude. She was rude and extremely hostile.
I decided to escalate the issue to the on-duty manager, who stated he was a regional manager. I did this because I would hate for this type of behavior to continue.
He agreed that the employee’s behavior was unacceptable, said the situation was mishandled, and assured me he would handle it. He asked if I still wanted to complete the order, and I agreed because I did not want the customer’s order to be late or canceled. He thanked me and agreed that this was a great decision, and handed me the order.
I initially stated that I planned to report the incident to DoorDash as a complaint against the merchant. However, because the manager assured me the issue would be handled and acknowledged it was unacceptable, I decided not to report it and trusted that it was resolved.
Despite this, the store later submitted a complaint against me as a Dasher, which felt like an attempt to “beat me to the punch.” That action was deeply disappointing and felt like a betrayal of trust, especially after I acted professionally, completed the delivery, and relied on management’s assurance.
This experience raises serious concerns about accountability, honesty, and how delivery drivers are treated at this location. I am now escalating this matter further, not only to DD as a Dasher, and requested an investigation, but at a higher level, because this should not happen to anyone.
I hope McDonald’s leadership reviews this situation closely and provides proper training to ensure delivery partners are treated fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with established protocols. There needs to be a training on racial profiling, discrimination and prejudices and what the proper pickup protocol is for dashers and merchants.
McDonald’s on Ten Ten Road, please do better. This was truly a traumatic and horrific experience as a dasher with you all. This was my first time in this area and it was an awful experience with you.

I come in this place all the time. And I bring plenty of business their way and I've just gotten sick and tired every time you ask the manager who is a white older lady. How's her day going? She just stares at you and doesn't even acknowledge you. You come in to pick up a DoorDash order. You show her the name and she says, I'm gonna need you to read it every time. What would happen if somebody came in? That wasn't that good at reading, and you're staring at the name and you're able to know which one it is, but you're making them read it to you like you have some authority you work at McDonald's. You should be able to greet people with respect and be a lot more nicer. Because if I was head manager here, you would have been fired a long time ago. It's quite disgusting how you treat people like trash. This is the type of woman. You do not want to be married to this is the type of person that society does not need. Because we have enough anger in disgustingness. In the world and if this keeps up I will go to corporate and I will make sure that she is fired and whatever head manager of the store he's dealt with, because this needs to stop. It's disgusting
