  super rude employees — one guy ignored multiple customers, including myself. he turned his back to us and laughed in my face when i asked for a cup of ranch. they were out of a bunch of food options. overall super crappy experience :/

  Never even got my order. Last time I went through the drive through I had to wait 30 minutes and then still had to go inside. Worst McDonald's ever.

  El peor restaurante de Mc Donalds al que he ido. Los empleados se creen dueños de el establecimiento y no les importa a ninguno los clientes. Hice un pedido y literalmente dure más de 1 hora esperando a que me dieran el mismo y le pregunté en varias ocasiones a uno de los empleados y simplemente me ignoraba. Si tuviera que recomendar algún restaurante este sería la peor calificación y el que jamás le recomendaría a nadie.

  Older gentleman named Jason, has a mole on his cheeks and looks homeless a white male. Had a very nasty experience this morning when picking up a mobile order main thing being a Macchiato. After pulling in and confirming my order I pulled to the 2nd window to be met by Jason he then handed me my food and told me, not ask but told me to pull up to the front door. I had to ask again just because Im not used too bluntness at fast food workers like that unless the customer was rude or something but then i also remembered that there a special or disabled people that also work and this mightve been one of those cases. So I listened to Jason and pull up to the front door after waiting 3-4 mins he comes out with a iced coffee with whip creme. I asked him what drink that was and he told me it was the drink that I ordered. It definitely wasn't I told him this and he went back inside after having a childish tantrum. I then went in after wards and waited for someone to help me with my order after another 3mins a nice spanish lady who couldn't speak English well tried to help me. She then went and asked Jason for the macchiato and proceed to try to hand me again another iced coffee I then explained to her by pointing at a picture that it wasn't what I ordered after wasting too much time I asked her for a sweet tea in exchange she told Jason to make it and I asked him if he had a problem and he said no I made what you ordered. I left with my sweet tea and when I finally got home was blessed with an unsweetened tea. Put Jason in the back or have him responsible for taking out trash he has zero customer service skills. I hope too not see this man again at any food place.

  Worst McDonald's ever, ordered a medium milkshake and got small, spicy mccrispy was all chewy on the inside, took too long for food to come out as we saw other people get theirs, even though we were here before them, and whenever the food was ready, they don't shout out the number but instead expects the person to just automatically know that their food is done. Just go to a different McDonald's
