Play area, a couple tables and the drinks machines so overall a smaller McDonald's. Service took a decent bit to get even though they didnt seem that busy and they had forgotten my drink before I reminded them, however they were very polite and efficient when behind the counter. I had come a little late so I expected my food to be cold but it wasn't, still warm and fresh and delicious.

I shouldn’t have high expectations for a fast food joint— that’s on me. I feel like receiving a straw or at least 1 sauce isn’t asking much. We tend to come to this location out of convenience and our orders are almost always wrong…

The customer experience at this location is abysmal. There was one employee who was theoretically behind the counter to help in-store customers but that employee was also helping with drive-thru orders so their attention was divided. Was forced to order at the kiosk where there was no option to order a cup of water with my order (a simple request; customers should not have to jump through hoops to get a cup of water instead of a cup of soda—NOT a bottle of water at a ridiculous upcharge!). Service was slow—took 25 minutes for a standard combo order to be ready, and then the fries were cold. Not impressed and won't be back again.
In general, the service at all McDonalds stores has taken a nosedive since the kiosk ordering was implemented; what used to be a pleasant experience is now shoddy, slow, and unfriendly. When I'm in the mood for fast food I'll be choosing other fast food restaurants who seem to actually want customers.

I’m never going back to this McDonald’s again. They set the drive through guy up for failure. We had to repeat our order 4 times and it was still wrong, then what was in the bag wasn’t even on the receipt. We also gave a code multiple times and it wasn’t put in. Very unimpressed.
