I have never been to one where the staff was so friendly that if they were out of something, or their coffee machine was broken I didn't get mad, but because of their friendliness they came at you with a solution rather than an attitude.

The patty didn't fit into the container so the sandwich was crooked shoved into the container and all the toppings slopped off. After I reassembled realized it was so extra crispy it was dry and tough. Got some extra sauce from up front to be able to consume. Didn't enjoy the food but service was fast enough and friendly enough given how busy they were.
