- AAAugust1 day ago1.0Placed an order for just a drink to pick up inside. I was at the door trying to get in at 9:52pm and the doors were all already locked (they close inside at 10pm). Someone else was also trying to get inside to pick up an order and we both had to get in the long drive thru line instead. Why close the doors when the counter ordering option is still available on the app? Makes no sense. A worker was also trying to get in and she couldn't get in because they locked her out.

If you are looking for a gold standard in customer service, David is the person to see.
