    NO ONE is ever behind the counter. Staff in back cooking, yelling, and speaking foul language 24/7. Food is warm, fries are no longer crispy, orders are generally wrong. They get paid for you to do the ordering on the App or in store screen, lol. New concept sux.

    Consistently poor service at this location. Rude employees and outdated hours posted. I stood at the counter for about 25 minutes trying to pick up an order and the employees just ignored me. They would occasionally peak out from the back at me, so I know I was seen waiting.

    Not sure how you can say your open 24 hours and then be closed when I get there to pick up an order. I get here the staff are sitting there on their phones and saying they are closed even though the sign says open and I was there to pick up an order that should’ve already been ready. I don’t know if they decided to just close early or what but it’s very inconvenient.

    Vanessa the manager/employee is terrible, I asked for well done nuggets, when I received the food the fires were cold and the nuggets weren’t well done, she didnt follow any of the request I asked. When I told her the nuggets were wrong she proceeded to tell a worker to get me made to order nuggets that’s not what I asked for. I put in 4 years at a McDonalds location and customer service should be a top priority especially if you care about your job. She should be retrained immediately
