When I questioned it they looked at me like they didn't understand me. My thing is u don't understand me then you don't need to work at a restaurant that is all over America. This restaurant is usually slow and never keeps somebody at the front counter there always in the back. Place needs to shut down

On 12/13 at 1am I placed an order through the app. When I got there to pick up the order they told me they weren’t making any orders except DoorDash or Grubhub because they’re weren’t enough people in the kitchen. When I told them that made no sense and if there weren’t enough workers to make McDonald’s app orders then how did they magically have enough workers for Grubhub and DoorDash orders?’She mumbled the same dumb excuse and I went and happily spent my money elsewhere. I won’t be back since now I know of a different location open 24hrs.
