For $50 the food was mid and the service wasn’t great. Placed a pick up order, there was NO ONE in the restaurant. The servers didn’t even notice anyone had come in. The front door didn’t even pause the call for about 5-7 minutes to just greet me and see what I needed. Then to get bland food when there was NO ONE in the restaurant was low level to me. I was pretty unhappy that I spend my entire lunch break trying to get their food.

Just not anything special about this place. Food took too long and was cold or overcooked or just not prepared well. Can find better places nearby.

Service is literally so slow! I arrived about 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. There was two other patrons at the bar when I arrived. The bartender is so slow! Making drinks, checking on customers, placing orders, etc. It took about 7 minutes for me to receive a menu when I arrived. I ordered a mimosa and anwaited ordering food so I can look at the menu. I wanted another mimosa and had to get another servers attention to make it or retrieve the bartender. He simply lacks customer service and quickness when it comes to customer needs. I asked for my check, he was nice enough to remove the salad due to the amount of time it took to make it. However, he charged me for 3 mimosas, when I only ordered 2.
I asked for a third when he was ringing in my salad, but it was never made, however, I was charged for it. He was quick to rectify it and apologized. But the restaurant has to do better under what seems to be a shortage in staff and new employees. I will return as I enjoy the atmosphere but there’s work to be done from a customer service end training standpoint. I considered talking to the manager, but didn’t want to make the bartender feel bad as it seems he was attempting to meet customer needs/working hard but is fairly new. During my time there, I saw a group of 3 women come in and leave within 10 minutes due to not receiving menus or acknowledged as far as what they’d like to order. It was a slow Sunday afternoon, no excuse for poor service.

Had a birthday event and the food was cold and of low quality for most of the table and when we tried to speak to the Manager "Jeff". He was rude and insinuated that we were lying about the temperature and quality of the food.
We come to north hills regularly and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The general manager "Shauna" and the waitress "Bailey" did an excellent job in trying to accommodate us after the interaction with "Jeff" but it was too late because the disrespect was unnecessary.
