What's the point of ordering online if the lobby is closed and I have to sit in a drive thru windows for 20 minutes (not exaggerating). This is terrible customer service and makes no sense at all. I won't be back.

Went in and they are out of regular doughnuts. Meanwhile the machine in the back is pumping out more doughnut that will have filling. Maybe start making the regular ones?

The person taking my order kept telling me to wait and every time she said she got it she got it wrong not to mention she gave me attitude about an order she couldn’t take properly. I would have rather waited than been asked. What’s my order six different times and then repeated back my order wrong every single time and didn’t even stir my drink

I went to Krispy Kreme for donuts and was met with pretty poor customer service at the front counter. The employees were young and more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. I waited to be acknowledged, and when I finally was, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. It made the experience way worse than it needed to be.

It’s literally the worst store they have. Half the time I go in there and have an awful experience and the other times it’s not bad. Everytime I have an online order they mess it up so bad I get two out of twelve right. And to top it off today I have been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to fix my order. I know it’s a busy day for them but over 30??? Yall I used to work Black Friday at the mall in the food court. I never made someone wait 30 minutes to fix an order.
