  This location should be closed i order a big john and it came with hardly any meat and the bread is stale.

  The sandwiches are great, it just takes a bit of time to get your food fast enough to get back to work on time during lunch. So, if you are in a hurry, this is not the best option.

  Hello Jimmy John’s team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent order. I was really disappointed with how thin and skimpy the sandwich was — it barely had any meat or fillings, and the bread completely overpowered everything else. It just didn’t feel like the quality I’ve come to expect from Jimmy John’s. I usually enjoy your sandwiches for their freshness and balance, but this one missed the mark. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency, because I’d really like to keep coming back as a regular customer.

  Delivery times have greatly increased, ranging from 45 minutes to an hour. I also don't get any of the toasted sandwiches or anything fancy, attempting to make life simple for all. I literally order a ham sandwich on the days I forget my lunch. Office is about 10 minutes away. On the days JJ uses a third-party courier. Forget about it, it's not going to get to you. However, there isn't any notice from JJ to inform you or request consent to the delivery method they decide to use, so its Russian roulette with your food delivery lol. In less words, if you need to secure a lunch, probably best to not order here. However, if you have time and money to spare, be my guest and take your chances :).

  No one even said a word to me. I walked up and grabbed my online order. I ordered the Cuban and only got 3 slices of ham on my ENTIRE sandwich. ONLY 3?!
