  They delivered my food in a bag with a live cockroach in it. Several consecutive things have to be done poorly for that to happen, and I won't be ordering from here ever again.

  the manager and staff working today were completely awful and rude. I asked for a bacon pickle sandwich, nothing else. They made me a BLT. I asked for it to be fixed. They took the tomatoes off the current sandwich and put pickles on. I gave up after this because of their attitude; now i’m sitting with my gross sandwich that i paid 10 bucks for. As someone who works service, this is so sad.

  I have been multiple times but tonight … I placed an order at 6:25 I have cash and placed for such instead of delivering they just let it sit for almost 2 hours… very disappointed

  I did not get greeted coming in despite making contact with the lady at the register. They advertise " sandwiches so fast you will freak ". Well it took 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches, so im freaking for the wrong reason. This place is slow as molasses. If you are coming here during your lunch break, you most likely wont make it back in time. The food is always good, but service is abominable.

  I usually don’t do Google reviews but I had to this time. I just started a new job and have been going here a few times the past 2 weeks. Always around 12 and 1 PM. They seem to get a lot of orders around this time and I’ve noticed no matter how backed up or high stress I perceive the orders coming to be, they always hold it down Efficiently and with a positive attitude. There’s this woman (Lady with dreadlocks) She’s always in there every time I order and has always been super nice to me.
