Tried to order food. After 4 mins of sitting in the drive thru, I pull up to the window to see employees sitting and playing on their phones. One employee looked up and saw me and then walked away. I will not return

I get it. You hate your jobs and don't want to be there, but you could at least pretend to be friendly and not miserable. Take a lesson from Chick-Fil-A across the parking lot, they obviously have it figured out. I can't imagine this store's performance is financially thriving. No one in the drive through yet it takes 20 mins.

I have always loved Jimmy John's because their bread is just so soft and fresh and with their delicious cold cuts and if you add a bit of oil and vinegar to your sandwich it is so so good. Try one and you will see what I mean 🤎
