This was our second of what will be many visits. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help with a recommendation if you are having trouble deciding what to have. All the food has been amazing, and their signature drinks do not disappoint. Jalwa has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the Triangle.

The prices are not high enough! The food is fresh and delicious. Everything you are eating is explained to you in detail and it's just a magnificent experience. My drink was a refreshing and had the perfect edible garnish. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Everything including the ambiance is top tier! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We had an amazing experience here! The ambience, the staff, the food - all were top notch! Our server, Brian, was friendly and attentive. He recommended we try the vegetarian mixed grill appetizer. The portion was huge (for 2 adults and 2 young kids) and it gave us an opportunity to try 4 different apps. The Vada Cigar roll was my favorite. Perfectly crispy on the outside and the filling was delicious. We also enjoyed the Paneer tikka masala and naan. They also fave our kids cotton candy at the end which was a nice treat. We look forward to our next visit.

We visited Jalwa for the first time over the holidays. I had seen videos of the food on Insta a couple times and was intrigued. Lots of deconstructed classics, dry ice, creative presentation. While I was intrigued, I tempered my hopes - we love Indian food and theres so much great Indian dining in the Cary Morrisville area in particular. While I worried if it was it going to be all style, no substance, my doubts instantly disappeared as soon as we got our food. From the first bite of our first appetizer I was blown away. Not only was the food delicious, but the creative presentations actually added to the experience of eating the dish - not just something that looked cool.
3 of us went and we ordered (favorites with a *): open samosa chaat*, Vada cigar rolls*, cauliflower, lamb shank, dal Bukhara*, coconut curry shrimp, Mango lassi tiramisu*.
The dal were some of the best, ever. The lamb - fall off the bone tender. The chaat and Vada - crunchy create your own adventures with the presentation. And the mango lassi tiramisu - a must have finisher no matter how full you are.
Cocktail program and service were also incredible. We're already planning our next trip back! If you're looking for delicious comfort food , kind and passionate staff, and creative presentations - look no further!

Incredible food, friendly staff and nice ambiance! If you want a relaxing evening with some good really Indian food that doesn’t leave you feeling uncomfortable and heavy, this is the place to try! They started with some dry ice in a glass - the fragrant smoke impressed everyone on our table!
We ordered chicken Biriyani, Lal Mirch paneer, Dal Bukhara with alu kulcha and kali roti (First time for us trying kali roti- don’t let its name or color scare you, it was absolutely delish)! Everything was sensational! The servers are amazing and will guide you if you are stuck on decision making! Our server Matthew was outstanding and even brought a very cute single serving of bread pudding for the Birthday boy on table (sorry, didn’t click a pick of the dessert)!
