The biggest disappointment was my wife’s petite filet. It was cooked correctly (medium, as requested) but was very tough. I ordered the aged ribeye medium, but it came out closer to medium-well and definitely wasn’t the “melt-in-your-mouth” steak you’d expect at this price point. For a bill over $200, we expected much better quality. Honestly, I’ve had more tender, flavorful steaks at your average Texas Roadhouse.
