Gabby was an outstanding server at Fleming’s Steakhouse. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel seamless and elevated. Her recommendations were excellent, and she made us feel genuinely taken care of. She is a true asset to the restaurant, and I highly recommend asking for her.

Where do I start. I have had friends tell me don't go to Fleming's. So the wife and I decided to go on valentines day. We got there and the waiter was a bit slow on things but he was still ok. I had French onion soup for my appetizer. The cheese in the soup tasted like it was burnt. Now on to the food. Wife ordered salmon well done and mashed potatoes and to wash it down she had sweet tea. The tea was the worst I have ever had. She said it was just ok. Her well done salmon came out pink inside. They took it back and said they cooked it more it looked the same. So the 3rd time they bought out a new piece of salmon and that was cooked well done NO PINK. Mashed potatoes good. I want to my dry aged ribeye steak. I ordered it medium well closer to well it was cooked correctly. The way to ask if I need a A1 or 57 sauce, I told him if I need that then the steak isn't good. Well I has to ask for the A1. Even that didn't have the kick it should have had. Not sure if it was old or justvthe house brand that they get from Food distributors. Didn't have any salt or pepper to put on the steak. Not sure if they were to bring it and do it themselves but I never got any. Steak wasn't that good even with the sauce. I had a bake potato that was pretty good along with my Coke. Not sure if we are going to give them a 2nd shot or not. Another friend told me he has had great experiences with them down south. We will see. Pictures posted. Didn't get picture of yhe salmon becuse it was un yhe kitchen most of the time.

We went to Fleming’s for Valentine’s Day, the service was absolutely exceptional. Our server, Charles, was very attentive, kind and funny. He anticipated our every need and made our experience wonderful. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were great. Will eat here again soon, and will be requesting Charles as our server again.

Okay - we came here for our anniversary, we love steak, especially prime meats, and we normally go to Capital Grille but wanted to try something new. For our appetizers, we got crab cakes & prosciutto with burrata and tomatoes; my husband got the 14 oz dry aged prime ribeye, and I got the 11 oz filet with a 12 oz lobster. For shareable sides we had the Mac and cheese and the au gratin potatoes. For drinks we had the butterfly effect, the strawberry drink & 2 shots. The appetizers were absolutely subpar. The prosciutto was decent, but the bread served was very hard, and the tomatoes were warm, making them burst and squirt everywhere on the hard bread with the prosciutto tangled, it just creates a very unfavorable experience in my mouth. I normally get the prosciutto wrapped bacon at capital grille and enjoy it, I expected it to be similar, I was very disappointed. The crab cakes were salty - and gave ‘downtown brunch’ rather than fresh, chef curated cakes. They were also extremely small. The drinks were wonderful, the shots were a bit pricey at $25/shot, but we expected this. The ribeye and filet mignon were okay; the meats were severely charred. My husbands ribeye was a lot more charred then my filet, and he was severely disappointed. The ‘shareable sides’ were all but that, as the dishes were served 1/4 from the bottom, not even half full, especially the Mac. The au gratin potatoes were burnt, and both dishes were utterly tasteless. The lobster was the best part of my dinner. After $344, plus $52 at the bar, we were still hungry with to go plates of food that we barely wanted. Our server, Tiffany, was absolutely wonderful. We did not want to give her a hard time, so we chalked up the experience and vowed to never return. If you are banking on this experience, please go somewhere else. Capital Grille or maybe Perry’s, but please avoid Flemings.
