I go here pretty often and always use the drive thru. The girlies that work here are always sweet and friendly and they've actually learned my order.

Ordered a large matcha latte which was filled only to 60% of the cup. I've never had something so disgusting in my life. Going back to starbucks matcha latte which is 1000X better. Ordered their bacon which was burnt. The only thing good was the doughnuts. Never trying anything else from. Dunkin again other than doughnuts.
Update review: tried the bacon once I got home and despite the burnt bits it was actually pretty good.
The matcha latte still pretty gross with its metallic taste. Couldn't stomach it after two sips.

I appreciate the convenience of having a Dunkin’ close to my complex, but the service at this location is consistently disappointing unless a manager is on duty. It should not take at least 25 minutes for you to make a simple coffee and an avocado toast, when the store is empty and several employees are present. Today, five staff members were on duty standing around giggling while drive-thru customers received their orders before mine. This has happened multiple times, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. This location has so much potential, but the lack of efficiency and professionalism really brings down the experience.
