    I’ve been going to this franchise since it opened and I finally stopped going recently. The iced coffees were watered down and were not poured correctly. They were literally completely white coming out. If you noticed that the iced coffees were white after adding creamer, then they shouldn’t be delivered to customers. It showed a lack of care and attention to making sure that the taps were correctly dispensing iced coffee. Food orders were delivered incomplete or incorrect. This location has continued to go downhill and I started going to another location and guess what, they don’t have any of these issues!

    Very disappointed. Went inside to purchase 3 boxes of Joe and was told they were sold out. Asked how they can be sold out because it was only 6:14am and they said that they were and to try another location. There is no way they were sold out. Comes down to poor customer service and laziness. Would have been an easy $80 for the store to take in. Makes zero sense. Again, just people not wanting to actually have to work.
