  This is probably my favorite Dunkin'. I get a hot coffee with cream and sugar, what we call a "regular" in Massachusetts. I always get it made to standard at this location. Many other locations add too much or not enough sugar. It's a simple thing but all too often at other loacations it gets made wrong. Not here though, they do a great job at consistency. I always get a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and it is nice and hot, made perfectly. The other thing I wanted to mention is the crew. What a wonderful bunch of women who work here. Friendly smiles, happy conversations, caring for customers, the list goes on. I always feel happier after I pop in mainly because of the crew that works here. I think all new employees at Dunkin' should be trained by these women who truly embrace customer service. Hats off to the owner/manager who hired them as you must have seen the potential. They are truly valuable members of your team. Please recognize these women for their great job keeping me on the go with an easy break when traveling. Signed , your happy customer. See you soon. P.S.   There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. They took 15-20 min for each order. For my order, when I handed my phone to pay, the employee dropped the phone on the road and didn’t even bother to apologise. After waiting for over 40 min, I get my cold food. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and they didn’t even warm it up. When I saw what the employees were doing inside from the window, 4-5 ppl were either on thier phone or just stood idle. Never going back again!

  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Dunkin’ (3817 Western Blvd, Raleigh, NC). I went in to order the 6 Meal Deal Bagel and simply asked for it without bacon because I can’t eat bacon. Instead of helping me, the employee started yelling at me, saying I was wasting her time. She was extremely rude, aggressive, and made me feel unsafe during the interaction. No customer should ever be treated like that for making a basic request. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I am taking further action and reaching out to the highest levels of Dunkin’ management to make sure this situation is addressed properly. I will not be returning to this location unless serious steps are taken to fix this problem.

  I ordered 6 hasbrowns and they gave me 2...refused to give me a refund or more hashbrowns and scammed me.
