You can place an order through mobile app but they'll be out of everything you ordered and "unable to refund" you. SMH it's my fault that I gave them so many chances to get it right.

They never have the donuts I am asking for or they are soggy or stale. Honestly the worst part is the service. Nobody, and I mean not one person working here, seems like they want to be there AT ALL. They could at least PRETEND to care about my orders that they are blatantly messing up every time. I try to give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt since it’s at a decent spot near my house, but I straight up GIVE UP going here. It’s just too disappointing every time. 1 star isn’t low enough.
