  Not sure how much money they save by not filling the cup up all the way. I expect a full cup of coffee when I’m paying near $4 for a medium.

  This store is slow. I visited 3 times this week to retrieve my order after the complete time and they were never ready. I communicate to the staff when I arrive that I am here for my order only for them to deliver it to pickup area with no announcement. The staff do not communicate with each other. Today two people who walked in after me ordered and received their orders before me when I placed my order 15 minutes before even arriving to the store. Terrible service!!

  The staff are excellent here - I mobile order in the mornings often, and have rarely had an issues with my order (food or drink), and they’re quick to correct it if I do!

  I recently purchased an iced butter pecan coffee. This was the worst tasting coffee drink I've had. There was no sugar and cream added and I did not taste any of the butter pecan. I was better off going to starbucks. If you want a good coffee drink, do not waste your money here.
