This location is my absolute favorite. If you ever watched the tv show Cheers where everyone knows your name. That’s what I experience. I’ve been going here long enough where they recognize me when they see me. They greet me with amazing customer service. If I’ve been gone for a while they notice. If I order something outside the norm, they notice. They put a smile on my face every single time, even if my order is wrong. When I have an issue with my order they address is quickly and with care. They always make me feel welcomed. There are three ladies there who I absolutely adore, but their names slip my mind. I’ll update the review when I get their names. I’m terrible with names. Thanks ladies and supporting staff for all you do. You all have no idea how amazing you make me feel.

I had to throw away 2 bagels as I couldn't even bite into it. I was afraid I would break a tooth! How cheap to serve stale bagels! This location should be avoided!!!
